Allie Fraase (she/her) is the founder and principal designer of Cozy AF Homes, a residential interior design studio based in Croton-on-Hudson, New York. Her approach to design is rooted in a simple belief: the best homes should feel collected, comfortable, and deeply personal—not like they were designed all at once.

Allie’s aesthetic is cozy, layered, and warm, with a contemporary-traditional sensibility and a youthful, modern twist. She loves mixing old pieces with new ones, pairing classic silhouettes with unexpected color, and layering textiles, artwork, pattern, and meaningful objects to create rooms that feel as though they have evolved over time. Rather than designing toward a particular trend, Allie looks for ways to tell the story of the people who live in a home—honoring its architecture and history while making it work beautifully for life today.

Growing up in the Texas Hill Country, Allie was drawn to interiors from an early age. By twelve, she was sketching floor plans and imagining rooms for the family and home she might someday have. She went on to study design in college and completed her first paid project—a friend’s nursery—in her early twenties. For more than a decade, she continued designing and styling spaces alongside a career in event planning, an experience that sharpened her eye for detail, composition, color, and the way individual elements come together to create a feeling.

Allie and her family moved from Brooklyn to Croton-on-Hudson in 2020, and in 2022 she officially launched Cozy AF Homes. Her clients want homes that feel warm, personal, and uniquely them. Allie believes good design isn't about replacing everything you own or creating a picture-perfect home. It’s about knowing what to keep, what to change, what to add, and how to bring it all together. The result is a home that feels layered rather than decorated, current without being trendy, and—most importantly—like it could belong to no one else but you.
